In the event that Beejayu Games Ltd undergoes a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets (like selling a game), we may disclose or transfer all of your information, including personal information, to the successor organisation in the transition. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you (e.g., via our website or in-game notice) of such a business transition before transferring your personal information if the new entity's processing practices differ materially from ours.
9.5. Legal Requirements and Protection of Rights

If you have any questions about how these third parties use your information, you should review their policies and contact them directly.
14. Our policies concerning children
Our Services are generally not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction, e.g., 16 in some EU/EEA countries for certain processing activities under GDPR if consent is the lawful basis). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages without verifiable parental consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law (such as the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the US or GDPR requirements for children's data in the EU/EEA and UK).
Children under the applicable minimum age should not use these Services at any time. If we learn that we have inadvertently gathered personal information from a child below the minimum age without the necessary consents, we will take reasonable measures to promptly remove that information from our records.
For some of our games, we may implement age-gating mechanisms. If a game is identified as being directed to children under the relevant age, we will ensure that data collection and use practices are appropriate for a younger audience and compliant with applicable laws.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@beejayu.games.
15. How long we keep your information
We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, as outlined in this Privacy Notice, or as required for our business purposes or by applicable legal requirements. This includes satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements.
For example, we may retain some information for a few years after you have closed your account with us if this is necessary to meet our legal obligations or to exercise, defend, or establish legal rights. When your personal information is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to securely delete or anonymise it.
16. Security of your information
We implement reasonable and appropriate technical and organisational security measures to help protect the security of your information both online and offline and to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Notice. These measures are designed to protect against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, personal data. The measures vary based on the sensitivity of the information we collect, process, and store, and the current state of technology.
If you have an account registered directly with Beejayu Games, your profile information is protected by the password you use. It is important that you protect and maintain your account's security and immediately notify us of any unauthorised use. If you access our Services through a social network, ensure that your social network account information is also kept secure.
While we take precautions against possible security breaches, no website or internet transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorised access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches will never occur. Any transmission of information is at your own risk. If you have questions about the security of our Services, please contact us.
17. Changes to our Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal requirements, or other factors. We currently do not engage in such automated decision-making that would have legal or similarly significant effects.
